So the one piece of advice that I give to all my families, and it's good for kids who have differences and who don't, is at the beginning of the school year to go ahead and write what I call a three-by-three note. And what that is is three things the child does well, their strengths; three challenges, things that would be useful for somebody working with that child to know are a little bit challenging for them; and three strategies that are helpful in working with them.
