When you have ADHD, your brain kind of goes 0 to 60 in about two seconds. So the inhibition part that is a little off with ADHD, you don't really have those split seconds to decide if you need to take a deep breath or calm down. And so your anger can spike up really high. So that differs by person, some people tend to be pretty Type B, kind of laid-back, other people they tend to react more, and sometimes that's just a personality that you're born with.
