Hey everybody! I'm hanging out here with my friend, the capybara. I just wanted to take a minute today to say thank you to everybody who's watched, shared, and commented on The Brain Scoop in the last year. January 14th marks our one year anniversary from when we uploaded our first video and I honestly cannot believe everything that's happened in the last 365 days. I went from being an unpaid volunteer in Montana at the University of Montana Zoological Museum to having a full time position here at The Field Museum in Chicago. I moved across the country and more than that, I've traveled all over the United States in the past couple of months, going to conventions and conferences, and meeting fans, and going to things like VidCon.
