of good communication. None of us were really great at, kind of saying what our
needs were. We were all stepping on each other's boundaries. I was still younger
so I didn't really understand why people were doing things and certain emotions
were in the house. As we learned how ADHD can manifest, we were able to name
it and address it. We had to learn how to become better communicators. Express our
