Our family, we didn't really have a lot of good communication. None of us were really great at, kind of saying what our needs were. We were all stepping on each other's boundaries. I was still younger so I didn't really understand why people were doing things and certain emotions were in the house. As we learned how ADHD can manifest, we were able to name it and address it.
