Probably one of my most challenging times was my first year of college. I talked to the school before I even bothered to apply to it, to make sure that they could provide me with what I needed. They could provide the books on tape, they could provide the note takers. They didn't have the books on tape, they couldn't provide the notes. I think my first semester I might have gotten three day's worth of notes from the whole semester. And my safety net was 3,000 miles away. The problem is that even though she could read, she can't read fast enough. There's just too much material and too little time. And we've done this, we did this all through school.
