Hey everybody, it's me Joe. On Tuesday, I was in Washington DC, and it was a lot colder than it is here in Austin right now. I was lucky enough to attend an event at the Library of Congress honoring the one and only Carl Sagan. It was amazing. That's the only word I have for it. I met Bill Nye! So Seth MacFarlane, the guy behind Family Guy and next year's remake of Cosmos, he joined up with the Sagan family, Ann Druyan and all of their children, to donate almost 2,000 boxes of Carl's personal letters and drawings and his grocery lists to the Library of Congress. Which is perfect, because the Library of Congress's mission is to foster the creativity and knowledge of the American people, and I can't think of anyone who did that better than Carl Sagan.
