Speech tends to be the sound that you make, so if you have difficulty making an S or anL or an R sound, that's the speech part.And language is the content of what you're saying, so that's sort of the what of whatyou're saying, versus the how you're saying it, is sort of the speech.So language is making sentences, knowing past tense, being able to read and write,those are all part of language.
