A number of provisions found their way into the bills along the way, some related to taxes, some not. Tonight, we will focus on a handful of them, paying particular attention to how each might affect middle- and lower-income taxpayers. For that, I am joined by our own Lisa Desjardins, who's been following the process closely on Capitol Hill.
